Watt Christmas Wonderland

Watt Christmas Wonderland History

John, the creator of Watt Christmas Wonderland began decorating his Mother's house and property in Goshen, NY over thirty years ago.  People drove for miles to view his eye catching display  Every year the wonderland grew larger and larger until John ran out of space and had to move the display to his house in another part of Goshen, NY.  People continued to travel from New Jersey, Pennsylvania as well as New York to admire John's spectacular array of lights.  John received numerous letters over the years asking him to keep the display going.  He also received letters from children asking him to keep the display/light show going and thanking him for making their holidays brighter.  Once again John ran out of space.  John's dream was to purchase enough land and to have enough space for a drive through Christmas Village.  Working day and night seven days a week for a number of years to raise enough money to do this soon became a reality.  Watt Christmas Wonderland opened in December 2005 and Watt World of Halloween Horrors opened in 2010.
